Where can I find actionList.Pro's™ Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy?
actionList.Pro's™ Terms of Use Agreement is available here, and the Privacy policy is available here; they are also accessible from the main and popup menus on actionList.Pro's™ home page, as well as the footer on each page of the actionList.Pro™ website.
How do I subscribe to actionList.Pro?™
Register as a trial user first. Trial users have the option to activate a paid subscription from the "Subscribe" panel on actionList.Pro's™ home page. Click on the "PayPal® Subscribe" button, and follow the instructions to complete your subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.95 per month.
How are subscription payments processed?
All subscriptions are processed by PayPal®. actionList.Pro™ does not have access to your credit card information.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions may be canceled via the "Cancel" link in the User Profile section. Cancellation requests are managed through your PayPal® interface.
Does actionList.Pro™ provide refunds?
No. actionList.Pro™ does not provide refunds since customers are entitled to a free 30 day trial period during which they may assess the site's services. Refer to actionList.Pro's™ Terms of Use Agreement for additional details.
How do I access my User Profile?
Click on the Username link under the actionList.Pro™ logo to access your User Profile. The Username link is highlighted in red.
How can I change my Username?
Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed.
How can I change my Email Address?
Enter the new email address in the “Email” field found on the User Profile page, and click the Update button.
What is 2 factor Authentication?
2 factor authentication allows you to use Google's® Authenticator App to add an extra layer of security to your actionList.Pro™ account logins. Once enabled, you will be required to scan a QR code on your first login, and then enter the six digit code provided by the app. Thereafter, you will be prompted for a six digit code at each login. The six digit code is provided in the app. Important Notes: (1) We recommend Google® Authenticator, but other apps (e.g., Microsoft® Authenticator) may work as well. (2) At this time actionList.Pro™ does not have a process in place for you to recover your account should you permanently lock yourself out.

How do I recover my password?
Visit actionList.Pro's™ Login page here. Enter your Username and the CAPTCHA code, then click on the "Request New Password" link. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the email address associated with the specified Username. You will be prompted to select a new password on sign in.
How do I change my account's Password?
Logged in users can change their passwords on the User Profile page. Enter a new password in the "New Password" and “Confirm New Password” fields, and click the Update button to process the change. The two fields must patch to process the change successfully, and meet the following requirements:
  • Min Length: 10
  • Max Length: 32
  • Required lowercase (a-z): 1
  • Required uppercase (A-Z): 1
  • Required Numbers (0-9): 1
  • Special Chars (!@$%^&*()-_+=:;.,<>{}[]|~`?#): 1
Note: actionList.Pro™ will require you to change your password at least once per year. New passwords must be different from the previously used password.

How do I sort tables in actionList.Pro's™ panels?
The tables in the Allocations, iCaps and powerLine™ Alert panels feature sortable columns. Click on the letters in the column headings to sort the tables in ascending or descending order. Reset the sort order with the # Symbol above the index column.
What are the Custom Query URL fields in the User Profile for?
A query URL is a URL that is combined with user-provided variables (in this case stock ticker symbols), and presented as a symbol-specific hyperlinks on the actionList.Pro™ interface. The first query URL points the stock ticker symbols in the powerLine™ Alerts study to the stock symbol specific user selected resource. The second query URL creates stock-ticker-symbol-specific links that are presented on the myLnx panel. The myLnx panel only appears if a second query URL is provided.

What do the abbreviations on actionList.Pro's™ various studies mean?
The features of each actionList.Pro™ panel are described in the User Guide, available here. The User Guide is also accessible from the 'i' button in each panel's upper right hand corner.
What do the column headings in the various studies mean?
In addition to being described in the User Guide, a brief definition of each column heading may be accessed by clicking on the underlined column heading.
What is a "powerLine™ Alert"?
An assessment of a stock price's or stock index value's trend strength produced through the application of a crossover rule to actionList.Pro's™ powerLine™ indicator.
Are the Stock Market Trend, powerLine™ Alerts, powerLine™ Alert Distributions and powerLine™ Studies back tested?
No. Interestingly enough, chances are near zero the studies would repeat their presented sequences over any meaningful period of time if they were re-run. They are designed to present an instantaneous estimate of the current trend strength, and are not presented to convey predictions. Their historical patterns do not imply a future pattern.
How frequently and when is the site updated?
actionList.Pro™ is updated once per day on an end-of-day basis. Generally, the site is updated by 7:00PM ET, but update times may vary.
What are the small buttons in the panels' upper left and right-hand corners?
The "i" (information) button links to a given panel's relevant section in the actionList.Pro™ User Guide. The "c" (copy) button serves to copy the table's contents to the clipboard, and the "r" button refreshes panels. In the iCaps studies, and their related charts the '$' and '%' buttons toggle between studies cast in terms of dollar and percent.
Why is the data I copied into my MS Excel® spreadsheet grouped into a single cell?
The page's source code may cause this behavior. Try using "Paste Special", and then "Paste as Text" to make the table contents post to individual spreadsheet cells.
How do I make sure changes made to the $ actionlist or # Shares panels are reflected in the various studies?
After making changes to the $ actionList or # Shares panels use the "Refresh" buttons to update individual panels, or refresh the home page to update all studies at once.
What can I expect to see on actionList.Pro's™ RSS feed?
The RSS feed highlights news and updates from actionList.Pro™, as well as links to a selection of daily economic indicator announcements. It also includes update notices regarding actionList.Pro's ™ Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy.
